OPERATIONS – INVESTIGATIONS AND DEPLOYMENT OFFICER
Role Purpose
Investigate cases and manage personnel/resource deployment to ensure operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead investigations — gather evidence, interview witnesses/suspects, report findings.
- Ensure compliance with legal and confidentiality standards.
- Plan deployments of personnel, resources, and equipment.
- Assess readiness and manage risk.
- Liaise with police, legal teams, and field units.
- Report on investigations, deployments, and operational trends.
Requirements
- Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security Management, or related field.
- 2 years' relevant experience.
- Strong people skills, risk awareness, and hands-on operational ability.
